I met Dennis at the 51 Division police station open house event this past weekend. Dennis is a professional photographer doing freelance work for The Bulletin, a local community newspaper, and covering the event. Photographers always catch my eye as I’m curious what kind of equipment they use. 🙂

I told him about my project and he happily posed for a few shots. We chatted for a little while about his profession and he said there really wasn’t very much money to be made… so better to have your heart in it. Good advice!

I do wish that a better background was available, but the wall was the only place with a bit of shade from the noon sun. Sorta washes the colours out a little.
